Mrs. Soslowicz
Mrs. Judith Soslowicz - Kindergarten This is my fifteenth year at Assumption.  I taught seven years at an all day kindergarten program at a Christian School and before that I was the official kindergarten substitute teacher for the Madison schools.  Before I was married I was a preschool teacher in Mentor for five years. I was raised in New Hampshire and attended Plymouth State College, that was primarily a teachers college.  My desire to be a teacher was formed when I was in high school and I was a playground director for a local park.  It was then I  knew I wanted to work with young children.  While living in N.H. I developed a love for the outdoors and did mountain climbing, canoeing and skiing.  My husband Jerry and I still love to ski whenever we get a chance. I have three loving children, all in their twenties.  All of them attended Assumption School and graduated from the eighth grade.  Their education helped them to achieve their college goals and ambitions. Teaching young children is really like being in heaven with all of God's holy children.  Of course there are some days my little angels grow horns, but thank God, not many.  "let the children come to be"

Mrs. RothMrs. Karen Roth - First Grade has been at Assumption School for the past 3 years.  I graduated from Lake Erie College with a B.S in Early Childhood Education.  I also have a Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist from YSU in 2008.

Miss WaymanMs. Abagail  Wayman - Second Grade I graduated from Mercyhurst College with a B.A. in 2008.  This is my second year teaching at Assumption School.  It is a blessing to teach the children and watch them grow throughout the year.  Instilling the teachings of Jesus Christ into the minds and hearts of the children is a great responsibility that I am honored to have each day.
